When you are a resident at Scape Hammersmith you will be granted fob access to the parts of the building you need. From the entrance to the building, all communal spaces, your floor and room. The higher you live up the building the better the city-wide views. All rooms are accessible via stairs and lifts.  

Your safety is our number one priority. All our rooms in Hammersmith are equipped with top-notch security features, including key fob access to your room, corridor and every entry point in the building. For added peace of mind, we have CCTV, on-site security and 24/7 reception to assist you at anytime.

This level of security exceeds what you’d typically find in private rentals. Unlike university halls which are usually situated on campus, Scape is lot more selective with our locations and you can relax knowing that the building is in a safe neighbourhood only a short commute to universities in London. Rooms at Scape are popular and tend to fill up fast. The best way to guarantee your spot is by booking early. Since our rooms are dynamically priced (like flight tickets), booking ahead also gives you a chance to get our best rates.

If there’s no current availability, you’re welcome to join our waiting list. If someone else cancels their booking and a room becomes available, we’ll reach out to everyone on the waiting list. Rooms will then be filled on a first-come first-served basis.  

Good news, you don’t need a guarantor to book. Securing a room at Scape Hammersmith is hassle-free. As long as you’re over 18 when you move in, you can book your spot without any extra paperwork or fuss. It’s just another way we take the stress out of moving.  

Your room comes with a comfy double bed, giving you plenty of space to stretch out and recharge after a busy day at university. You just need to bring your own pillow and bedding. There’s large under-bed storage, wardrobes and drawers for all your stuff.

Kitchens come fully equipped with a hob, microwave and fridge-freezer combo so you can easily whip up your favourite meals. If you need anything else, we’ve partnered with Unpacked so you can conveniently pre-order kitchen, bedding and cleaning items to be delivered directly to your door at Scape on move-in day.

All bedroom windows are double glazed to reduce noise. Space Hammersmith implements advanced personal heat controls and air cooling systems to ensure bedrooms maintain an ambient temperature for optimal comfort. There is also air conditioning in all gyms and communal spaces.
