If you’re unable to obtain a visa up until 15th September , we will cancel your booking and give you a full refund of licence fees paid. All we’d need is proof that your University course has been cancelled and documentation that illustrates your failed visa attempt.

Results day can be stressful enough, so let us help ease some of that pressure. If you’re a prospective first-year undergraduate student and you don’t meet the required entry grades for your preferred University/Higher Education Institution, up until 31st August, you can cancel your contract with us and get a full refund. Similarly, if you exceeded your expected grades and decide to study in another city, you can also cancel and get a full refund.

Yes. You can move in on the day your contract starts or any day after the start of your contract, we just ask that you select your arrival date on your online portal and let us know if anything changes.

Yes. Once you have a confirmed booking, you can view your invoices, receipts and contract on your Scape portal. These should all serve as a proof of address. If you need additional proof, the Reception team can also provide a signed letter confirming your address.

A copy of your Residence Agreement can be found within your online portal in the myDocuments section of your Scape portal.
